This is the dedicated group of volunteers who 12 months per year to ensure the Hill Side Raiders remain one of the best Pop Warner programs around.  Since 2006, the program has been the fastest growing association, growing from 155 to close to 300 participants. 



President, Tim Hilton

The President is the executive officer and supervises all business affairs of the Association. The President represents the Hill Side Raiders at the monthly President’s Board of Directors meeting.


Secretary, April Timbal

The Secretary keeps the minutes of the Board of Directors meetings, maintains all records, and ensures that all notices are fully given as set forth in the Association Bylaws or as required by law. Duties also include securing facilities for all meetings/trainings and maintaing the League One database.

Business Director, VACANT

The Board Business Manager is responsible for the business activities that directly involve the teams. This includes the proper maintenance of team records (team book, rosters, certification, forms etc.) and the collection of various funds from the team.

Fundraiser Director, VACANT

The Fundraiser Director is responsible for the fundraising activities of the Associaiton and/or individual teams. This includes researching potential fundraising opportunities, scheduling vendor presentations, and managing the distribution of fundraising products and awards.

Football Director, VACANT

The Football Director is the liaison between the Board of Directors and the coaching staffs. The Director must be aware of and communicate the needs, requests, and information needed to both parties. The Football Director must know all rules and procedures pertaining to coaches and players and enforce them. Additional duties include being the liason between Andrew Hill High School and the Association to secure all necessary fields and facilities.

Cheer Director, Jeannette Fernandez

Equipment Director, Jimmy Ortega

The Equipment Director is responsible for evaluating, requesting the purchase of, and distributing equipment to the coaches, Board members or other designated persons as necessary to carry out the athletic and business functions of the Association.

 

Player Safety Coach, VACANT

The Player Safety Coach (PSC) observes practices, as needed to provide guidance to coaches relative to Heads Up Football's points of emphasis. PSC must attend all games, serves as an on-field expert, spot-checker and parent liaison at games. To advance Heads Up Football, player health and safety. The PSC is responsible for overseeing the organization’s implementation of Heads Up Football.

The Field Director is responsible for all items pertaining to the use of the practice and game fields, scoreboard, locker rooms, restrooms, chain set, down markers, line markers, PA system, etc.


Scholastics Director, Regina Mejia

The Scholastic Director is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and administration of all local, Regional, and National Pop Warner scholastic activities for all participants in the program. Duties also include assisting individual team scholastic coordinators.

Publicity Director, Muranda Jacques

The Publicity Director publicizes the Andrew Hill Youth Football & Cheer story to the players, cheerleaders, parents and the general public.  Duties also include managing the flyer distribution and sign up process while always working to promote the program and its services.

Concessions/Sales Director, Cesar and Teesha Garcia

The Concessions Director is responsible for and manages all aspects the snack shack and organizes the half time and post games snacks for all participants.
